You may have noticed that all prices in the Dotty Rocks shop are in pounds sterling (£). This is because Dotty Rocks is based in the UK. I am also aware that there may be people in other parts of the world that want to purchase from the shop. I did look in to listing in multiple currencies but it is impossible on the current Dotty Rocks' budget!

I want to make it as easy as possible for you in foreign lands to order from Dotty Rocks so have sourced a Currency Converter that you can have open whilst you browse the shop (http://www.xe.com). This is by no means an accurate guide to the rate that you will get charged however it will give you an idea. I would also like to state that there are other Currency Converters available!

If for example you are in the US (and your currency is USD $) you can add things from the shop into your 'cart' and they will show in pounds. When you get to Paypal it will transfer it into USD $ for you, so you are actually paying in USD. I hope that makes sense! If you have any questions about this please email me.

PayPal
The preferred option of payment by Dotty Rocks is PayPal. This is a worldwide option, is free to use and has already been made very popular by the likes of eBay.

If you are not aware of PayPal then all you need to do is register at http://www.paypal.com you give them you debit/credit card details and they take care of all the messy bits relating to online transactions. Dotty Rocks never sees your card details, it's amazing really!

PayPal will also take the money from your account in your local currency eg. if your in the US and your default currency is USD $ that is what will be used. If you are in the UK it will be Pounds sterling £ etc.

Cheque
Due to the worldwide nature of the Internet, cheques can only be used as payment by UK customers, and in £ sterling. Unfortunately products will not be able to be sent to customers until the cheque has cleared the Dotty Rocks bank account.

If you are in the UK and want to pay by cheque please print off your ???? and make a cheque out to 'Lucy Mason' for the total amount shown. Please send cheques to Lucy Mason, Dotty Rocks, 148 Station Road, Ratby, Leicestershire, LE6 0JP.

Debit/Credit Card
Currently Dotty Rocks only offers PayPal in order to take payment by debit/credit card. This is due to the high costs associated with Merchant Bank accounts etc. In time this is an option that Dotty Rocks will explore. Please email me if you think this would be a valuable addition to the Dotty Rocks shop or have questions about PayPal.

I do reserve the right to refuse an order and in which case a full return will me made.

This is in no way the norm and has not happened yet!
