After many hours trying to work out how much something was going to cost me to get it posted I have decided to let you off all the hard work. It does of course cost something to use the worlds various postal services but I have included this within each products price. Therefore the price you see is the price you pay!!

We do indeedy! I feel very strongly about this, being in the UK and the majority of the DIY revolution appearing to be in the USA it is very close to my heart as a customer myself.

Unfortunately I do have to charge for this service. I have kept the charge as minimal as possible and should only be a few pounds extra. To be certain please feel free to add the items you want to the shopping cart where it will work out the postage cost overseas for you.

Also I have no control over any import taxes you might get charged receiving goods from England. You have been warned! :)

All shipping from Dotty Rocks uses standard post services. However, if you do want a superior service such as Recorded Delivery (Signed For…) just add recorded delivery to your shopping cart! Voila:)

All items shown within the shop as 'in stock' will take approx 2 days to be dispatched and then depending where abouts you are in the world an extra couple of days. See table below for more details and examples:

Please let me know if you are ordering an item and need it super quick! If you let me know when ordering I can try and get my roller skates on and be speedier with the dispatch!

For any item that is not in stock I will contact you to give you an expected delivery date if there is not one already next to the item description.

Any items that are being custom made 'just for you' will have been arranged via email and in this I will give you an indication of timescales to expect. These will be determined on how busy I am etc!

…or other similar situation. We can certainly do this for you, we will even gift wrap it for you! Just select 'Gift Wrapping' from the cart and give us the address it is to be sent to in the "Shipping Address" field in the shopping cart! Takes the hard work out for you!
